  Al did a great job with our home inspection back in Nov'17. He arrived promptly at the house, explained to us everything he was looking for, and asked the homeowners questions when needed. He took many pictures, tested the electric outlets, hot water, went into the attic to inspect under the roof, among other things. We couldn't test the AC or sprinkler system since it was winter. He provided a full detailed report the next day along with a great list of recommendations around how to upkeep certain things in the house. Would use again.
